Maybe it’s time for change…

Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy is a journey together, with support and encouragement, to help you gain clarity and make sense of the issues you may be struggling with.

Like a stone thrown into a pond sending ripples in the water, so too, do the effects of our early attachment and life experiences impact the way we view and relate to people and the world. Sometimes the very necessary patterns or coping strategies that served so well for a period, later in life have the opposite effect in relationships or situations.

By exploring together your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to understand how they may have contributed to beliefs, patterns or coping strategies, we gently and empathically look at how they made sense at the time. This in turn can bring insight to help you make sense of yourself, your relationship with others and how you look at and experience the world around you. This allows a deeper capacity for growth and change to be effectively created in your life so that you can heal, move forward with understanding and compassion and achieve a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
